Country Boil

Adam got a turkey fryer for Christmas and was anxious to try it out. However, we did not fry a turkey. Since we weren't quite sure how the contraption worked we decided to go a little bit simplier the first time around. We made a country boil with sausage, shrimp, potatoes and corn on the cob. It was delicious!! Of course, Paige is Adam's little shadow so she wanted to be outside with him the whole time. It was FREEZING!! She didn't care. She was with her favorite person in the whole world - her daddy. :)
She is still a FL girl at heart - loves her flip flops!
The finished product.

Misc. Christmas

The girls did an excellent job on their gingerbread house this year. LOVE this picture!
Who doesn't love a game of Hungry Hungry Hippo? Finally a game that both girls can play. (And Daddy, too!)

Christmas Day 2009

Wow. I can not believe it has been so long since I posted anything. Life right now is crazy but that is no excuse. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and New Year. We enjoyed some much needed time off from work, school, life, etc. It was so nice to have almost two weeks off with my girls. I love Christmas time and it seems a little strange to be writing about now that it's a few weeks late. Anyway, here are some pictures. Enjoy!
Every year I like to take a picture of the tree with the presents under it.
The Barbie Dream House was THE gift this year. Every girl needs one of these!

Paige was very excited to find MONEY in her new Hello Kitty purse.
Matching Tinker Bell jammies.
